Scheduling is WORTHLESS if your schedule is ignored. It's one thing if we ignore our OWN schedule and write notes when we should be sleeping, or playing. BUT, it is a TOTALLY DIFFERENT thing if our clients ignore our schedule.
Every therapist knows about the doorknob moment. You know: when your client reaches for the doorknob and keeps talking. And talking. Pretty soon, without realizing it, your dreams of going to the bathroom before your 5pm client are gone.
We've all been there.
Most of us have only 10 precious minutes every hour to: jot down a quick note, run a credit card, go to the bathroom, get some tea/water/coffee, chat with a coworker, or (heaven forbid) take a deep breath.
Time and time again, I hear new therapists worry about how to get clients OUT the door without offending them so much they don't come back!
I have good news. There are ways! Better news: I know them.
Saturday, we're going to be talking about scripts you can use to get clients in the door (and out again) so that you schedule hums (and you get to pee).
These time-tested techniques will let you keep your clients from getting blurry boundaries (which we know translates to late-night phone calls, last minute rescheduling calls, and more) and help you feel on top of your game.
Better yet, they will help your practice run smoothly, which means more consistency and more money.
If this sounds like something you need, now is the time to sign up! We only have two days left before we are closing registration on Wednesday at 5pm.
